Chocolate Cake With Orange Peel

Ingredients

  • 25 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 3 tbsp boiling Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 90 grams Regular Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 50 grams soft unsalted Butter
  • 100 grams Breakfast Sugar
  • 1tbs Orange Zest
  • 3 tbs candied Orange Zest

Preparations

Chocolate Cake With Orange Peel
  • In a mixing bowl add cocoa powder, warm water and mix well. 
  • In another bowl add butter, breakfast sugar and whisk. Now add eggs and whisk well. 
  • Mix the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, add milk and whisk again. Add flour, orange zest, baking powder and mix well. 
  • Pour the ingredients in a greased tray and bake in the USHA OTG for 30-40 minutes, at 180°C degrees.
  • Glaze with molten chocolate and garnish with orange peels.
